This policy explains what information LeadSetter AI ("we," "us") collects through lead-setter.com, how we use it, and how you can reach us about it. We built this site to help medical practices see what an AI-automated front desk looks like — not to collect more data than we need to do that.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
- What you submit directly: if you fill out our "Book Free Audit" / "Get a Free Missed Call Audit" form, we collect the name, email, and/or phone number you provide so we can follow up about your practice.
- What's collected automatically: like most websites, we use analytics and ad-tracking technology (see "Cookies & Tracking" below) that records standard technical information such as your browser type, device, approximate location, and which pages you visited.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your audit request and follow up about our services.
- To understand which pages and ads are working, so we can improve the site and our advertising.
- To retarget visitors with relevant ads on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), if you've interacted with our site.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for anything beyond running and improving LeadSetter AI.
Cookies & Tracking
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) that helps us measure the performance of our ads and understand how visitors use the site. The Meta Pixel may set cookies in your browser and share data about your visit with Meta, subject to Meta's own privacy policy. You can control or block this tracking using your browser's cookie settings or ad-blocking tools.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this site and respond to your requests:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): for ad delivery, retargeting, and performance tracking via the Meta Pixel.
- FormSubmit: our lead form uses FormSubmit to deliver your submission directly to our email inbox — we don't run our own form-processing server.
- Cloudflare: our hosting provider, which serves this site and may log standard web traffic for security purposes.
Data Retention & Your Rights
We keep the information you submit for as long as it's useful for following up about our services, or until you ask us to delete it. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing us (see below) — we'll respond and act on reasonable requests promptly.
Children's Privacy
This site and our services are intended for business owners and decision-makers at medical practices, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our site or services change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
